Rule of Law Program

The Rule of Law program was the first program to be established at EICEE, indicating the capital importance of this issue to the promotion of stable, free and just societies. The protection of the rights of every citizen is a prerequisite for peace, prosperity and social progress. Nothing can substitute for a rigorous intellectual grounding in this fundamental area.

I am very thankful to EICEE& It was very valuable for me, because during last several years I have seen many deficiencies in my society in transition. I was seeing a degradation in almost every sphere and it was very depressing, and I was getting skeptical and pessimistic about almost everything. & Its very good for me to see all the young people from all over CEE, and to see that you are not alone. Most of the people I met here are living with ideals, high ideals, something we call high matters or high affairs that the modern society unfortunately neglects as useless.
