CONSTITUTIONAL
CHARTER OF THE STATE UNION OF
SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO
Proceeding from the equality
of the two member states, the
state of Montenegro and the
state of Serbia which includes
the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina
and the Autonomous Province
of Kosovo and Metohija,
the latter currently under international
administration in accordance
with UN SC resolution 1244,
and on the basis of the Proceeding
Points for the Restructuring
of Relations between Serbia
and Montenegro of 14 March
2002, The National Assembly
of the Republic of Serbia, the
Assembly of the Republic of
Montenegro and the Federal Assembly
have adopted the following:
